Minekura Kazuya’s
I think about this kind of stuff when I draw.
I lie with this hand.
“Let’s draw this well” ...... I set aside admirable aspirations like that and instead think just about conveying a feeling of life. But I think, in one sense, my way is the more reckless attempt. After all, no matter how hard I try, my characters can never compare to real living people. (Well, that’s a given) ... What does a charismatic soul look like?
Manga and illustrations basically try to trick people into believing in the character drawn on a flimsy sheet of white paper. This inhuman art is a specialized field, isn’t it. I, Minekura, aim to become a brilliant swindler.

Yeah right.
How to use picture postcards
These picture postcards are made from previously drawn and newly drawn illustrations. Essentially, they were made to be used as mailing postcards, but other uses are possible according to your ideas.
・ First, please remove neatly along the perforations. Using a box cutter will result in clean detachment.
☆ When using as mailing postcards:
・When sending by mail, please affix stamp in prescribed location. Because these cards differ from everyday postcards, you will need an 80 yen stamp (as of March, Heisei 11 [1999]).
・You can use them as seasonal greeting cards, like summer greeting cards, Christmas cards, and New Year’s cards. You can also use them to notify people of a new address in case of moving, or send them out as thank you cards after receiving congratulations.
☆Other uses:
・As message cards to match a friend’s present.
・Write messages expressing everyday thanks for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Respect for the Aged Day.
・Use them as introductory cards when entering a new class, and hand them out to people you wish to be friends with.
・As party invitations.
・Cut them into strips the size of a cassette tape case side (about 10cm x 1cm) and insert them into the cases. When you line them up in order, the mixed up pieces will become one, just like the illustration below. If you use different illustrations for different cassette tape series, it will be easy to arrange them.
