Back! After don't know how many days or weeks of not updating, I am finally here with updates. Wanted to post since a few days ago, but the update page of Livejournal didn't load at all. :(
Anyways, aside from that, I promised to write about (almost) all that happened in this year's church camp, right? I am afraid that'll have to wait a little longer. :(
This post will be about what I plan and commit myself to do. Yes, you've guessed; another list of things which you might find familiar, lol. XD. Here goes~
Lose Weight Project [LWP]
- Meals should not be heavier than breakfast.
- Only apples for dinner (and maybe some lettuce).
- Exercise at least 55 minutes per day.
- Sleep early (before 11pm?)
- Don't nap in the afternoon.
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
Weekly Praying Project [WPP] ; Bible Meditation Project [BMP]
Mon: Poor people around the world ; 30 minutes
Tue: Spreading of the Word ; 40 minutes
Wed: Country ; 30 minutes
Thur: World Peace ; 30 minutes
Fri: Annointing of the Holy Spirit ; 20 minutes
Sat: Sunday's Message ; 1 hour
Sun: Economic Downturn ; 10 minutes
Monday - Friday: Strictly no internet! (or maybe just during lunch...hehe)
Saturday & Sunday: Strictly no STUDYING!! Yay~
Yeah, that's the list. A real update about how I am doing would be coming up soon, and other planned posts~ This post is for me to motivate myself, 'cause, somehow I will stick more to what I've planned after I write out the list of things, lol.
