ALA is overrrrrrr
Kinda relieved lol. ALA was really fun except for my failure and no sleep. I suck...will try to be better next time. It was really cold too. Venue was pretty nice outside, but waaay too many people.
Woke up with a headache the day after and had it all day...yay cons and no sleep.
Had a bleh new year...I spent it driving in fog, sewing, and not sleeping (also did this on the 2nd). Hope that's not an indication of the year. -_-
I've barely slept since Jan. 1 cuz of cosplay (so now I'm sleeping like crazy haha). I'm slow. T____T; Everything I made was ghetto cuz woohoo no time. Now I have to redo a lot of things...so I have to go to FD and Joann's to get more fabric. I'm kinda afraid of what pictures will turn up cuz of my ghetto costumes. blurrrgh. Gotta finish/redo and have some nice photoshoots.
Friday: Got to itsukayume's house WAY LATER than I expected cuz I was still sewing. SORRY FOR THAT. T___T Stayed up all night to sew. Styled 2 1/2 wigs (Soul, Maka..which doesn't really count cuz all I did was tie up her hair, and Deathscythe) and I just promised myself to not style wigs the day I need to wear them. =_=; Cosplayed Soul with her as Maka, Bruce as Deathscythe (I asked him just for lols and he actually did it. <33333), and hakuku as Death the Kid. More of our group will cosplay with us at a later con cuz not everyone could make it.
Saturday: Crashed at 3:30 AM cuz I couldn't work anymore. Cosplayed Soul again with evanae (Maka), nitaspitas (casual Black*Star) and ichijopan (casual Tsubaki). Really cold but fun. :] Had dinner with a lot of photographers and cosplayers. :3 Recruited some people for Yuugiou and CCS cosplay. <3 (heehee kikyouluver and deimien )

Sunday: Stayed up all night to put together Syaoran's outfit with like...no space cuz roommates had stuff everywhere. Wish I brought a sewing machine. I made about 2/3 of it Saturday night/Sunday morning. woohoo all-nighter again. I can't believe people actually complimented my outfit....it was so shitty and embarrassing. ;_____; So uh...if you see pictures and go "WTF" it's cuz I had no time. hur. kikyouluver (roommate) was FREAKIN AMAZING. We hardly knew each other and she stayed up till 6 AM to make my hat. ;____; I felt so bad and she wouldn't sleep cuz she wasn't done. I'm gonna draw her something...wish I can do more since what she did was worth way more. Nicest person ever. ;A; <3 Cosplayed Syaoran with itsukayume as Sakura, and Julia as Tomoyo. Both were sooo cute (Jennifer made me feel even more ghetto/shitty cuz her outfit was well made haha). Thank you to the photographers that wanted to take our picture...my costume was so bad yet they complimented me. ;___; When I was taking pics with epiic, one sleeve and a...flap thing fell in the water...dammit lol. The water was freakin cold...x_x; I fell asleep waiting for dinner to be prepared and ended up missing it...I got a ton of sleep but still felt tired waking up. xD; Slept in my contacts too...>>;

Soul: Ghettoed headband and wig, and got Jennifer to make a ghetto collar while I styled his wig...both of which I have to redo cuz the collar wasn't accurate and my wig failed. Shoes? painted the morning of day 1 and it was UTTER FAIL. Redo time! I was too lazy to paint my teeth to look sharp...hah. The wig I got from cosworx was badly made (I should complain. -_-) and super thin...and also it was strangely small. It was squeezing the hell out of my head to the point where I didn't want to talk or do anything. My other wig I ordered from cosworx and got at the same time is nice and muuuch better made. >_>; I can't make his faces...so I'm dreading the photos that people took of me. XD;;; It was fun to make all the dumb faces that normally go in omake pics. XD;
Syaoran: Gave myself a nice, big, fat burn on my thumb from hot glue at like...4?am working on this thing. It looks like I have a nasty tumor on my finger and it hurt like crazy. ><; Super long sleeves + long...wtf tunic thing? = stupid for fighting and walking. I stepped on my own outfit going up the stairs...my clothes kept hitting things....blagh. I'd say the part I took my time on (aka before con) came out pretty decent, but everything else? noooo. Major redoing needed. Also have to make his props! I wanted to do his grumpy faces, but everyone was like "SMILE" when they took pics. lol D8 I probably could go on and on about all the failures...hur. I will have it nicely made for Fanime. >:[
Ganta: HAHA OH GOD I'M SO SORRY JENNIFER AND JULIE. T______T Never happened cuz I just couldn't do it. Can't bust out outfits quickly like some of my friends. x___x; itsukayume made such a good Shiro (lol damn swirls and circles on her body suit took forever to paint. >>;;;; ) and adora_tan was really cute as Minatsuki. I feel so bad for disappointing them. Another con with an epic photoshoot?
