Anywho! Sorry I haven't updated in so long! I know, I fail at LJ, but we haven't had the internet in nearly a month, and the library is, sadly, not a 24-hour deal. The meanies.
I've been ill the past couple of days... Not good. Especially as I was meaning to take a letter into the property company so they could sort things out before the gas was disconnected. It seems the owners didn't pay all the bills, so now the "occupiers" (i.e. us poor students) appear to be expected to pay it. Not happy. They screwed us over a bit actually - they were running off the emergency electricity and various things were broken or unfinished. Harsh words have been had...
I've become addicted to Persona 3. It's awesome. Fantastic. And so addictive I've been forgetting to eat. Whilst B's been working, I've been on that kicking shadow arse. Just one thing... Why can't there be a shounen-ai dating sim version?! The world need one. Dammit, Atlus, get it sorted!
The hospital job is cool, though, even if it does drag me away from the PS2. Ah, office work. How I loves it. You can laugh all you want, but whilst you're dealing with irate shoppers, drunk idiots or irate callers, I am happily just typing letters and filing. And I get air conditioning.
We found out that Grandpa has prostate cancer. There were a few minutes where all I could think about was how much Zoe went through... But prostate cancer is rarely fatal in itself - actually I think something like 1 in 3 men die with it. They can deal with it quite simply so he doesn't feel any pain because of it... He'll be ok. I reckon my Grandma is more upset than he is.
Life is jake, I guess.
