(no subject)
Went on a tour of UBC (the University of British Columbia) today.
And, ZOMG. I knew UBC was big, but on the way to the tour, we kept getting lost, and couldn't find the student union building. LOLXD. Although we somehow managed to make it on time.
I feel so lucky to live in a province with such a nice university. LOL
Screw Ontario, with Waterloo...and York...and U of T...
Because our university rocks MORE!!!! >:D
So in short, UBC is love. Although it takes a significant amount of effort to get to, from where I live, LOLXD.
If I ever go there, I think I'll spend the majority of my free time in the Japanese language section of the library, XD
Going into Asian Studies would be fun...but no. I'm taking AP English for a REASON, I suppose...
And then, to the Vancouver Aquarium!
Gosh, it was so crowded, with all those summer camp kids, SIGH. And going into the tropical section was TORTURE, it was so hot~~~ >_<
The belugas and dolphins were cool though (I talk as though I've never seen them before, LOL).
That reminds me. I heard that one of the baby belugas died because it choked on a pen someone threw into the tank. Or something. At least, that's what my dad said when I got home.

That reminds me. I need to do my AP English study cards.
Yes, AP students get SUMMER HOMEWORK. YIPPEE.
