Drowning in Japanese ARG

May 20, 2010 21:52

It must have taken me more than an hour to do my Japanese homework today. Because my teacher is evil.
Well, she can be nice sometimes. But I will NEVER FORGET that time she forced coerced me into eating sushi (I hate sushi since I hate seaweed. But I can eat Inarizushi without any problems...)

But yeah. Not only does she assign us TWO, BRAIN NUMBING (please. I know all this stuff from my JLPT prep.) chapters to write out (there's romaji, and she makes us write it out in hiragana and katakana), BUT THEN she makes us write these letters to these Japanese high school students. Which is totally cool, don't get me wrong. But she said, "if there are mistakes in it next class (which is tomorrow), you'd better not be asking me about it." Although she said it in mixed Japanese and English. Probably. Because Sensei does that a lot.

And now my hand hurts from writing all those complicated kanji. Because I like showing off...

SIGH.

Why must I insist on making life harder for myself?
Oh right! :o
Since almost everyone else in my grade will be writing it in almost entirely hiragana. :D
So showing off isn't so bad...

GO WIKIPEDIA! :D
