Wait, what? (And other 'zuka ramblings.)
I've been behind on 'zuka news as of late, and then thanks to wao_wao (and the powers of TakaWiki) I realized that Maihane Mimi is becoming Yuki top.
Initial reaction: My God, she's young.........
Based on her role list, she looks a LOT like Ami, minus the super-early shinko lead.
But yeah. At any rate, I'm happy that Hankyu FINALLY came to their senses and they're giving Kimu a partner. I wonder what made them change their minds?

And now it's time for me to re-examine my feelings on Tomu.
When Tomu was first named top star, I think that I sort of jumped on the bandwagon by saying that there are a lot of people that could have been top star that have been stuck in nibante positions. Yes, Tomu is talented, I thought, but was she really the most deserving?
After a lot of thought, I've changed my mind about this.
Tomu really WAS my first love, in terms of Takarazuka (Zunko really was second, in the end). If Tomu had not done Phoenix Wright, I would not even be TALKING about this subject. Without her, I would not have met a bunch of LJ people, nor would I have made a YouTube account as quickly as I did.
Takarazuka made me join LJ. When the Haruhi fandom wasn't enough, Takarazuka was.
And it was all because of Tomu.
When I was watching the Phoenix Wright videos back then and I saw the finale, I thought, "There's an actress who absolutely LOVES what she's doing." Her smile just captured me, and it's what anchors me to Takarazuka today.
So now I can say that yes, Tomu deserved it more than anyone. And I was foolish to say otherwise.
