Sin City is a good movie. I wouldn't recommend it for first or second dates (and the people in front of us in line seemed to be on just such an adventure...) or parents, but if you're prepared for violence you'll be fine. There's even tastefully done nudity!
I'd like to see it again.
Oh, and contrary to what Lauren said--Elijah Wood fangirls should DEFINITELY see it. Put it on the top of your list!
Yesterday was fun, at college group we went to the Coleas' home (Koleas?) and swam in their uber cool swimming pool with their golden labs. The pool was lined w/ pebbles instead of cement, so you didn't jag your feet on the bottom. It was also heated, for those of you who think I'm insane.
Then I played my nightly game of Lumines on the PSP, leaning on my right arm the entire time. Doing that after swimming (i guess) exposed a nerve which I promptly pinched by my leaning...and I was in incredible pain all night. I couldn't sleep until about 4:00ish, then awoke at 8:00 for my dentist appointment.
It was supposed to just be XRays, but he got in a little "sealing" so I don' thave to do it later (there are pits before cavities form...and I had 4 of those--but no cavities!). They had to numb my mouth for one of 'em, and that was mighty strange.
In other news, Lauren and I found an apt.
I'd like to see it again.
