Breakfast: half a banana, 6 (?) strawberries, 1/4 c muesli, half a container (so 4 oz, prob) yogurt
snack: 2 chocolate chip cookies (1.2 L water)
lunch: salad with lettuce, spinach, ground beef, carrots, tomatoes, sweet potato chips, 1 T dressing, watermelon, 16 oz? water
snack: apple, diet dr. pepper 12 oz., 600 mL water
[EDIT] another snack: 2 cunapes (smallish, though), 2 cinnamon rolls (each about the size of the top part of a hamburger bun)
The cookies were not a good idea. I'm not sure if writing it all down is making me anymore accountable...but, hey, even if I'm not eating great, at least I'm not binging! Silver lining...
EDIT: walked by the bakery and was legitimately hungry, so I gave in and over did it. But, then followed up with 44 minutes of running. I wasn't paying attention and miscounted my laps; I meant to do 15 laps and only did 14. Oh well. I still easily got 4 miles, and was even energetic enough to blast through my last lap...the average was around 3:07/lap, and the last one was around 2:42! Yay.
Now for Cuban food.
