Breakfast: 1/2 c shredded wheat, 1 c skim milk, half a banana, raspberries, tea with splenda
lunch: BIG steak sandwich on whole wheat roll, fried yucca cubes, orange jello (with a dollup of whipped cream), water
snack: diet Dr. Pepper, apple, carrots
dinner: chicken (about 4 oz.) burritos/fajitas with onions, half a green pepper, spinach, tomato, cheese and 2 6" tortillas (onions, peppers and chicken sauteed in about 1 t olive oil)
Plenty of water
Exercise: 3.1 on the treadmill, 10 min/mile pace
Fake sugar issues...I think after I finish the box of splenda I have at home, and the box of equal I have at work it's no more fake added sugars for me. I know I can't give up diet pop, yet, so small steps. Also, I can start using real sugar when I'm below 150...that's the deal I have with myself right now, at least. (I'm horrible about, "If I paid for it, I have to use it!" Hence why I'm not cutting out splenda/equal right away...)
