good food choices

It's amazing. When I actually go to the effort of making healthy things I'm pleasantly surprised by how GOOD they actually are! Or how much I get to eat and still stay within a healthy range. I made a (sort of) omelet this morning, and putting an ounce of grated cheese on it seemed like so much! And a huge bowl of nummy fruits salad? Hardly any calories at all. I guess these are all things I know, but still don't always act on. Silly me.
