week in review

Just did two miles. Good morning! I don't know if I can change from an afternoon runner to a morning one. I have to be one or the other right now, 'cause it's too hot to be a middle of the day runner (Wisconsin winter was better for that!). The week in review:

Sunday: 45 min outside, evening. Felt great.
Monday: 3 miles on the treadmill, 21 min run, 1 min walk, 9 min run at a 6.0 pace.
Tuesday: 1.5 miles in the morning, outside, felt crappy, tired and didn't want to go.
Wednesday: 35 minutes outside after work. Felt great.
Thursday: 2 miles in the moring, outside. 1+ hour of yoga at night.
Friday: rest day. Had stomach issues, so it was a good day to rest.
Saturday: (so far) 20 minutes in the morning.

Everyday: walk to and from work...about a 2-3 mile rt. Core work (roll-ups, crunches, planks, back exercise, etc.)

Need to eat more fruits and veggies and do more leg strength work.
