this week

I'm going to try something different this week. For the rest of the week ONLY it's no refined wheat products (white bread stuff, pastries), all whole grains. I can eat fruit and veggies and nonfat milk. Eggs, fish and nuts are cool, too. I'm not allowed meat (red, bird or otherwise), diet soda or alcohol.

I'm unsure about salad dressing. I feel like I should cut it out, too, but I know I will be miserable with salad without the dressing, so it'll stay.

I don't feel good and I want to see how this makes me feel.

I am just going to do it for a week, 'cause I can commit to a week. By the end of the week I'll be ready to eat some of the above no-nos again, too. If I feel a ton better I'll have evidence that shows I need to change. If I don't feel any difference I'll start looking into other things beside foods for my discomfort.

I only ran 35 minutes today. Sundays are normally a 45-60 minute run. It's getting hotter and my running is suffering because of that.
