For some reason I woke up this morning and felt...thin and unbloated. Not really a reflection of anything more than fairly good eating...but I was still consuming too much pop, which keeps me poofy. So I don't know why the results. Anyways, I couldn't help myself, I weighed off schedule.

study? (Here from CST, but I'm sure the info has been published in a ton of other places.) Fun. Drink your Merlot ladies and gentlemen! Course...it won't make you thinner, just help you avoid some of the nastier aspects of being overweight. I guess it's not a grail, but interesting.
On the grumbley side my milk has gone bad faster than it should've again. But that meant I ate my muesli with plain yogurt instead, so not a total loss. I think I shouldn't eat muesli, though. The serving size seems so small and I want to put more in my bowl. But it's good!
