I've had so many bad food posts that I just wanted to say I've had four good food days in a row! Yay.
I think part of it has to do with dark chocolate. I read in Runner's World that it can actually help with a healthy heart and inflamation reduction. So I bought a huge bar on Sunday and am giving myself a little bit (probably about 150 calories worth) each day. With that specific treat to look forward to I don't feel the urge to indulge so much. And I think with my running and all that I can afford it! (But was going way over with baked goods, so this is better.)
Hopefully this is a success that I can keep up long term!
