OW I'VE JUST SLICED MY FINGER DOING THE WASHING UP OW.
Anyway (*types awkwardly*) I haven't updated yet, so.... Sunday!
On my own again, alas, but as usual, the show was great. Lots of laughs, particularly when Charlie the Snob is teaching Archie the Geordie some 'linguistics'. Mm. Although one of the highlights of the evening was actually a scene that seemed doomed because it needed about ten thousand retakes. Luckily, despite the fluffing, the actors seemed in high spirits and everybody was on comedy form. Tom Goodman-Hill quipped "I hope you've all got hotels booked". And at one point Robert (yep, I had a nice if brief chat with him, ever a pleasure) muttered "It's not going out live or anything, don't worry" with a grin when there was another line mix-up. I went home with a sore throat from laughing - very worth it.
And now I'm very sad because it's all over. *sad face*. Still, it's on air now (the Greek Boyfriend episode too!), do give it a listen on the old BBC Tinternets:
