Oh yes. Today FTW as they say.
Went to the recording of Hut 33 courtesy of Aunty Beeb. Brilliant. It's not the most obvious setting for a sitcom, but the characters are all nicely developed with their own little quirks and Highly recommend giving a listen, seeming as the first of tonight's episodes will be on Radio 4 at 11.30 in the morning (0_o Bloody odd scheduling).
Particularly loved Olivia Coleman's accent (and was surprised to see that she was *very* pregnant - what would Mark say if he knew Sophie was up the duff? Sorry Peep Show-ness overtaking me there). Fergus Craig (whom I'm mostly familiar with through Out to Lunch's Theatre Group) looks so young, bless him. And Robert was, as always, on form and at his very pompous snobby best with his character.
And yep, did get to say hello! We were in the second row, and he actually spotted us from the stage! So during the interval we had a little chat and afterwards too. He PWNs loveliness. He asked if we're attending the other recordings. Craig can't, but rest assured I'll certainly be back after popping my radio-recording-cherry-thing.
