As far as the job after graduation--what about working for a company based in Japan? I'm sure that a company like Nintendo, Sony, Toyota (stereotypical examples, but you get my point) would at least look twice at an application from someone who has spent a year in Japan and speaks the language. Maybe you could start off w/an internship and work your way up? Good luck!! :)
