just found out they're cancelling school here on monday and tuesday per the governor's request, in case of fuel shortages. seems a bit premature to decide that now, but what do I know? I thought it was a bad idea when he cut health care coverage for all those uninsured kids, too....dave was already off all this week for fall break. goodness. I can get all my windows cleaned maybe with two more days of childcare assistance. I was cleaning the kitchen windows just now and realized that it really is true that we need to paint the trim. argh!
