2. hard life of a student

1/9

What does 1/9 mean? That's going to be my exams counter from now on. I just had my first exam in this semester in business informatics today and I cannot say if it was good or bad. It wasn't a big deal, since the whole exam consists of multiple choice questions and a some little arithmetic problems only (and I made the most ridiculous mistake ever), but for wrong answers we get minus one point. This kind of procedure is acutally illegal, but I know way too many professors, who still practise this and I don't know what students could do, to make them stop. It would help me a lot with my maths subject!

Tomorrow's going to be the next exam: accounting! I studied my ass off the last two weeks, but I don't know if it's enough, since the questions are always confusing and misleading. I will let myself be surprised. Thank god I have little spare time until the next exam in marketing management, which is even going to be in English. I don't know how I should handle it. Actually, I think my English is decent enough, so people understand what I'm trying to say, but on the other hand I have major problems with articulating. Sometimes I have my great moments and I'm able to write all my thoughts down at one sweep, but most of the time I'm sitting there and try to build some coherent sentences.
