RECAP: PART II!
So two Sundays ago (Sept 11 - my heart goes out to everyone: victims and families who were affected from this day♥ I still can't believe it's been 10 years already) I had work in the morning, it was whatever. Got told I had a "Bread Bash" basically a meeting with everyone about the new items we would be selling for the upcoming season at 8pm. Went to that, ate some samples, got paid for being there haha.
- On Monday, I had my first ever jury duty - let's just say, I was in the worst mood when I came home from it..... it was seriously so long and tedious and I wish I had lied about having school or being bias or something (bcos they told me to come in the next day; only to tell me I was excused after being there for only 10 mins.......... -_____-) I gotta say tho, the case was pretty interesting. I would've liked to hear the testimonies whatnot; I just hate the whole juror process (came there at 9AM, left at 5PM? And basically got no where? Not cute). Bejeweled while waiting, parking garage, mountains in the distance, Helene is unhappy lol.
- Tuesday, after I got excused from jury duty, I was finally able to get McDonald's breakfast!!! It's been too long<3333 I have never woken up early enough this summer to get some pancakes but this day, thanks to jury duty, I was able to! (I guess there was one good thing about it haha). However, the McD's I went to ran out of McGriddles T-T
- @night, I went on my usual date with Luan bcos we're 13th day buddies ^___^ (Ever since our hs graduation, we promised to always see each other on the 13th of every month - we go to different colleges - and we haven't broken that promise since<3 It's not like we don't see each other the other days, cos we do lol, but the 13th is just our date). Red Robins (YUMMM!) + usual me picture that he shares on Facebook ("Helene has a FB?!" this night was hilarious)
- On the way to Red Robins, somehow Luan's front left tire popped. Luckily it wasn't too bad and we were close so we just parked in the lot and went to eat. Called his dad + Alvin for help after we were done - we both didn't know how to change a tire lol. I just sat in Alvin's trunk while the boys did their stuff haha.
- Afterwards, spare tire and all, went back to Luan's to drop his car off before getting "free" slurpies (had to pay 50cents tax..) w/ coupons that got at IDentity. The rest of the night was spent at Luan's (Alvin decided to sleep over) and it was hilarious, as I said. An explanation would be too long but it's just funny how many people believe Facebook so easily(tho I totally get how they would too haha); "Luan and Helene are now in a relationship". We just wanted to be "Facebook Official" LOLOLOL. In the end tho, it blew up so much that we totally took it off - in less than 24hours too! Messages, texts, phone calls... ppl are so nosy~ HAHA. I left around 2AM?
- Wed, while I was walking my dogs, I look up and see hella black smoke! The fire was so big that they brought a helicopter (reason IDK why tho). Dunno where it was exactly or how it started, but I thought it was crazy.
- Victor texted me a little later to hangout (I think we went to Great Mall AGAIN - it was for dresses AGAIN tho LOL). After, couldn't decide what to eat so we went to Little Caesar's for our pizza picnic (another item on our bucket list!) Got pizza, crazy bread, drinks @ McD's, then went to our park and ate there. We were supposed to have this in daylight @ the rose garden (since we had a picnic there the first time) but a night picnic is fine too, still yums!
- Came home to find this on Taebi..... my brother doesn't understand that clowns are the worst!!!!!!!!! -___-
- Weekly date with Victor on Thursday (IDK if I mentioned this, but Victor = Victoria; I just call her Victor lol). We're on a ramen hunt around the city to see which is the best so this week we went to Mitsuwa (Jap supermarket) to get some at Santouka. It may look small but it was delish! I got full too so, worth it~
- Walked over to the Jap bookstore to check it out. Saw these cute little dolls that I wanted so much. Why must all cute things be so expensive?! I saw a Rilakuma(?) for $250!!! Crazy.
- A book of artwork (beginning, in progress, finished) from Avatar<3 I'm planning to get this with my next paycheck; it's just too beautiful not to buy! I wish I could draw/paint like that :,(
Stopped by the Fantasia in Cupertino, then went home to have Jersey Shore night~
- Friday, went to eat with my dad+bro @ Applebees; Target and stuff afterwards, the usual~ And thanks to Halloween coming up, we bought Tabi & Shu the most adorablest/funniest costumes ever LOL :,)
- Came home for a bit, then left to get Victor & Vonnie and headed to Oakridge for more dress shopping (for the wedding!). Victor finally found a dress after going to many, many stores. Was hungry afterwards so headed to Taco Bell and pig'd out, hella! Nomsssssss.
