Kokopelli sighting

I've been a tad busy of late
- I'm still working on the final installment of The Unexpected Horcrux, but truth be told, I'm not particularly inspired to write fan-fic at the moment.  My regular writers that I edit (beta) have been productive, and I've been collaborating with JBern on a bit of original fiction.

I had a brain-dead day this week - I had an early morning meeting, so I left for work without eating breakfast with my family, which meant that I didn't take my vitamins, or my Wellbutrin.  I was hip deep in fog by noon.  I guess that means that I still need it, eh what?  The day after that, I did a sleep study to determine whether or not I'm still dealing with sleep apnea.  According to the fellow who runs the sleep center, in the course of eight hours, I had 32 apnea events an hour.  I have my doubts about how he's interpreting the data, so I'm going to wait until I meet with my beloved ENT doctor before I place too much credence in this hearsay.

School starts up next week - both public school and the Cornell home-school.  My eldest is starting at the local community college the week after that - we visited the wee little bookstore today, and found that book prices have not improved in the thirty years or so since I last darkened the grounds of higher learning.

More later - I need to make sure that I'm prepared to teach Children's church tomorrow.
