So here's the thing I didn't finish in time yesterday:
I don't exactly hate this, but in terms of the labor-to-pay-off ratio it has got to be one of the worst things I have ever done. I've never tried to do knotwork in digital before, and I don't think I will again. It's not that it was harder to draw exactly, but... but I think my sense of space and layout is weaker when I draw things entirely on the computer, and that's really really critical for stuff like this where there is no naturalism to guide you and the layout is pretty much the whole picture. I should try this again in paper-cut, since that's clearly what it WANTS to be. I just... honestly thought I could church it out faster in Photoshop. Wrong.
