Wish things were more simple

Right now I'm a bit stressed. Not super stressed, but I have some things on my mind. In the end, I'll probably make it though without too much problem, but i can't help but think about it all up until I get it resolved ( Read more... )

Hopefully this comes off as being helpful and not stressful - you should be able to call your bank to change your fees, and maybe even discuss the NSF fee you were charged.

I don't know what financial institution you deal with, but from working with Royal Bank we can definitely change account fees over the phone, and if you explain your situation and ask for the NSF back nicely, most reps will refund it (not many people realize that). :)

really? I'm with scotiabank though, it should be similar...

I hate calling call centers, lol, and I work at one (asurion) But I should know better, like you said, if you are nice then the reps will want to help you. I'm like that. lol.
