I'm trying to change my fashion style to gyaru. I was wondering what is the best stores in the US (Michigan area if you want specifics) to buy gyaru clothes and shoes? Any help is gladly appreciated. If you're wondering what size I am it ranges from a 3-10 lol

Does anybody know where I can buy some decent wigs? The price doesn't bother me, I would just like my hair to look like this:
