Raleigh Roommate searching - first and last call

I will be moving from Morrisville NC back to Raleigh next month, and am currently looking for roommate. At this point I pretty much had a good idea what area I want to move to and having some potentials, but still want to throw the words out there for everyone in case someone's interested, then it's possible I will look for a bigger place to rent.
So here are some details in bullet points:
Apartmentwise
- currently looking around or nearby Gorman St./Tryon in Raleigh, NC area., can be some places off but definitely not in Cary.
- rent for 2 bedroom is about +/-$800ish, 1 bedroom is about the same price, or lucky that $100 dollars cheaper
- water+power+internet is usually another $100 a person, depend on usage
- moving date for me is probably in mid May, otherwise I'd be homeless in June.
- Place may or may not have washer/drier, depend on the unit.
Personalwise (some nonsense)
- Nearly all my stuffs belongs in bedroom, in another words I have no living room furniture.
- I am GAAAAAY
- I use quite a bit of storage space in closets where I live right now, and even spaces outside of closets. I'd be very likely doing the same in the new place.
- I cook a lot
- I am responsible and generally nice, if you are the same way in return I will even help take care few things here and there for you.
- I prefer using energy saving light bulbs, I'd change every single light bulb at the new place if I can help it.
- I am not looking for "just another person who lives there", if you want to live with me please make sure make at least minimon conversation each day.
I will probably be making decision in the next 1~3 days, both time and apartments are already running out!!!
