i tried to sleep at roughly one-thirty. after two hours of laying there and trying to convince myself "you're not going to throw up, you're not going to throw up" i started throwing up so violently my throat started bleeding.
it just happened again. that makes five times in six hours.
i can't stop shaking no matter how many blankets i cover myself with, i feel awful, and i can't even sleep because no matter how warm it is in here, i feel so cold. i can't even drink water.
this is so sudden i wonder if it's food poisoning.
