If you are willing to brave the cold, there is an excellent meteor shower tonight!

I feel happy that I can visually detect that two planets are close together in the sky (Jupiter and Uranus, actually.)

Also, Jupiter will be the biggest and closest since the beginning of the 21st century.

Eeeee I just found out tonight is the Lyrid Meteor Shower peak!

And now, I'm going to be up until at least 2 A.M. to watch them here in CST (-6 GMT.)

... but I'd probably be up that late anyway.
