Going, going...
My beloved Winehouse is about to make a transition from its current life and location to a new one. Wed. Sept. 3rd is the last night of the Winehouse on Olney Rd. That evening the chefs and bartenders will pull out the stops to offer the remaining food and cocktails in new and even more inventive styles, since they can't take those to their new digs.
The new Winehouse hopefully opens by the 3rd Sat. of September at 1517 Colley Ave., next to Naro Video (ex home of Zio's).
So what am I supposed to do for a wine bar those two weeks? I've been so indulgent here that I haven't bothered to look anywhere else. Suggestions?
