ticking, ticking, ticking...

i've been thinking a lot about A Good Man Goes to war. okay, who hasn't. but after rewatching

we still don't know what caused the explosion of the Tardis. also, about the rift the Doctor said: "two parts of time and space that should have never touched". also, the explosion happened on Amy's wedding day. so what if those parts are actually Rory and Amy? what if there's more to Rory than what meets the eye? i presume he is the father of Amy's child because
a, the prequel implied the child is someone important's kid, but the Doctor only appeared the next sentence. and he said he heard stories. his knowledge about the Doctor seems weaker than about the father.
b, we know there's no such thing as a half-timelord (aka. Donna)
c, i simply refuse the idea of Amy and the Doctor having a child
so, Rory is someone important in a way we don't know it yet. this is why they've taken his child.

the other part is what others also mentioned. a good man goes to war. the good man doesn't have to be the Doctor - Rory's in roman dress and he is the one who wants to get his family back. so he may be the good man River will kill someday. but why i'm not so sure about this is that River doesn't recognize Rory in the finale. so i'd rather say it's not him. this happening also makes me think that River cannot be Rory's daughter. she would have seen a picture of her father, wouldn't she? but what does make me think is the girl's name they've written in the spoilers: Melody. couldn't that refer to Song?

spoilers, telly: doctor who, speculation
