Journal is alive again!
Ok so i decided to resurrect my livejournal for about the 50th time.... and in begging for your forgiveness i bring gifts!
the first gift a is the new look me.... the result of impulse change... i been thinkin bout going black for a month now but i finally decided to do it the other day, thank you my friend allan for helping me out, we made a bit of a mess (namely on my skin) but all that has cleared up and should i choose to do it again i now know what to do! on the subject of going black i would just like to point out that my friend is a smart ass because when i said "im thinkin of going black" simon replied "i dont know man you reckon you can take it"... what a fuckin smart ass, had me laughing pretty hard though! Anyway heres the pic..
Sorry about the bluriness but the photo was taken with my new phone (nokia 6170) and i must have moved the phone away too quick to give it that effect. On the matter of the phone its pretty fuckin cool, happy to be back on a nokia again its just the little things it does that makes it so much more conveinent than the sony ericsson t610 i had
Law at university is going pretty good, happy to be there, seems pretty interesting and im getting pretty decent marks (lowest was a 70). Hopefully i can keep it up but a lack of motivation has set in lately. The lakers missed the playoffs this year, it was fair to say that i was pretty upset, but i hope you all join me now and hope for the Phoenix Suns to win who are the feel good story of the NBA this season. I'd also like to take the time to congratulate Tom from survivor, i was stoked that he won it i thought that he deserved it the most, and i'd also like to take more time to say DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN BIG BROTHER... that show is so suck ass, stop supporting it! It's spreading like cancer cells and we all need to stop watching it, the same goes for Australian Idol (which has spawned another shit series in X-factor). Speaking of X-factor i would just like to let out a big laugh in the shows face because all the people in it were pathetic and sucked in to random (the eventual winners) because you guys aren't going anywhere, it was a hack show with a hack winner. In a country that only has a 20mill population it amazes me that we are stupid enough to assume we have an abundance of talent and hold 3 idols (and x-factor) in 3 years, i think there sould be a law that forces us to wait 10 years between shows so that we dont get hacks like casey donovan and random representing 'australian talent' and auditions full of "i only turned 16 two days ago" kids... its a mockery. Anyway enough of a ramble, its good to be back and in my parting i leave you...
1) Jack Johnson - Better Together - I really really dig this track i want more like it, JJ is quickly growing on me
2) Nas - A Message to the Feds, Sincerly, the People - Nas has grown on me so much, i was never really into nigga shit but this dude has got me amped, love his music and i love this guys talent and expect more songs from him soon
3) The Ataris - My Hotel Year (Acoustic) - I have a feeling of deja vu about this one, if i posted it already i'm sorry... if not enjoy it... it was the only song i had that was under 2 meg (as i only have 10 meg webspace)
