My computer was uncrashed! Hooray for HP having good customer service/tech support/whatever! They sent me a new hard drive for free (under warranty still) provided I shipped back the defective one... even had prepaid shipping both ways. And included a recovery disc to reinstall Windows and everything. And that backup I made of the old HD via the recovery boot disc I downloaded? Totally worked. Booyah!
And then finals were happening, and moving and reinstalling stuff, so I've been scarce here. Not like anyone really noticed, but ya know. X)
Just working on my single spring class currently (an animation studio class, which I am changing up by doing my assignments in 3D so I can practice to fail less at it)... and failing utterly at finding a job on campus! Seriously, they were much more plentiful last year. Dang ol' economy. I might even be forced to do something terrifying, like figure out how to take commissions. :|||
Also, I am eating chocolate ice cream. Which is rad.
