if you alternate strength training and cardio every other day during the week for 30-45 minutes (take weekends off, no one should work out every day) and eat many small meals each day of lean protein, and more fruits/vegetables, you'll lose weight quickly. you won't really be hungry because you're eating every 2-3 hours (smaller portions, but there is no starving).
