On 楊沛宜 Yang Pei Yi's EP, she has a lovely little song called 送别 Song Bie which means "Farewell" or "the Parting".

After a bit of searching, it discovered it was a cover of a song from a Chinese movie called "城南旧事 My Memories of Old Beijing". A clip from the movie in which the song is sung can be found here.

A very cool LJ called wickedlyrics has lyrics to Wicked in English, German and Japanese. The Japanese is available in Japanese Kanji and also as romaji - which is very useful for those of us who like to sing along and can't read Japanese Kanji very well :D

The Canadian and I have laughed before about murblers like Ricky Lee Jones who mumble their lyrics to the point of being indecipherable. I'm really terrible with my mondegreens. I've been listening to "Start From Here" by Joanna Wang (王若琳), a Taiwanese singer/songwriter.

At first I didn't like it because she sounded like she was trying to sound like Norah Jones (whom I rather loathe), but on further listening - I really like the song. ( Let's start from here, lose the past / change our minds, we don't need a finish line )
