Was checking rottentomatoes for some reviews, and i saw that they were making a movie adaptation for Alice. For those who don't know, Alice is a game that is a really twisted and goth version of alice in wonderland. The game was pretty good, and the adaptation of the original story ideas is great. I have horrible preminitions about the Doom movie comming out.

1) The Rock is in it (not as the Doomguy, but nevertheless, he's in it)

2) While unconfirmed, there's probably a crapy instrumental metal soundtrack. This whole thing's gonna be Ghosts of Mars all over again...sob.

I'm more ticked about the total removal of any connection between the movie and the game. Its like they just wanted the name to attract attention, but decided not to follow any bit of the doom story. This isn't gonna turn out into ghosts of mars... that at least had the setting correct. this is gonna turn out into a knockoff of resident evil the movie.

Poor Doom. And I wanted to make the Doom movie...

The first ResEvil wasn't intolerable; just uninteresting (especially for an R rated film). As for the second one, haven't seen it so dunno.

Why must things be needlessly changed in movies? Like going to Osgiiath (SP?) in LOTR:TTT. Sigh...

T_T You insulted the Buffy. Have you ever seen Buffy the Vampire Slayer? SMG can handle herself w/ any weapon.

You need to get yourself into the business if you wanna have a say in casting. That'd be a cool job, "Hey, you! Be in my movie!"

i may not be the the best with guns, granted that's because i've never held one for more than a few seconds, but with most anything else i'll take you on. >=D us buffy girls gotta represent.

well, at least that can't hit in western cinema anyways. Asian cinema on the other hand...
