because life contains anabolic pathways, fire doesn't, it only has catabolic pathways. And, life has a means for energy storage.

Well technicly fire is heat turning a fuel into a gas (if it wasn't already), before combusting that gas with oxygen, and giving off a by-product, heat and light. Fire is a chemical reaction, energy is a part of every chemical reaction, so you can also say life is energy too, because without energy, there would be no life, and no fire.

well not exactly on the last bit. Life isn't energy, though it uses it. What sci course(s) are you taking this year? If you've taken a chem course or a higher level Bio, you'll know about enthalpy and entropy, measures of order and chaos. The second law of thermodynamics states that even if in an open system, enthalpy is increasing, overall in the universe, entropy is increasing constantly. Combustion, being catabolic, increases entropy, but doesn't do anything to increase enthalpy , but life does. Life (at least here on earth) has genetic material, with which it reproduces. The systems of life create an island of greater enthalpy in a sea of increasing entropy, seperated by a membrane

ok kory i am....: Fairly religious/spiritual profile.belifies based on opinion.
Belives what they are told without proof.
The theory of perfect life influences them more than the truth of real life.
Dreams are more important than thoughts.

its called my artistic nature, dreams r creative, and beliefs can be too and i would rather life b perfect then it being crap... tho my "perfect" is diff to others.

no im not saying that ur not creative/artistic im just saying that i am more so, and im not saying life is as perfect as possible, im saying i wish life was perfect but what i think is a "perfect life" isnt the same as what u would think was perfect or neone else...

ok ok we r as creative as each other... me with my art and drawings, u with ur hell god designs... but i am still the day dreamer and i know that perfect will never happen, so i will aim for close to it lol..

i want to go to uni, and art isnt a very intelectual subject, i could have done music too, but i chose physics.
