I just finished reading the book Blood Done Sign My Name by Timothy Tyson.  It's a very well written book.  It made me stop and think a lot about race relations in the United States in the past century.  It reminded me that my parents grew up during the civil rights movement and that they might have grown up in a very different world from the one ( Read more... )
