Count down to graduation
This weekend was AMAZING. (Well in general it was...)
Wednesday night, I went to the playground with one of my friends. I didnt get to sleep until 3 and had to wake up at 6, so I was so worried about how late I was going to be able to stay at the bar on Thursday. Luckily, I didnt get tired. After a crazy long busy week, I got to go out to celebrate Kris's 21st, finally! Thursday night was the greatest night. Possibly the best night I have had at MSU. Holly picked me up at 6 from Tom's and we headed to the bar, where Kris had been since 330. We met them all at Harpers and left for BDubs. That was great. We drank a Buffalo Bowl and I had lots of Long Islands and shots. Mike (Kristen's cousin) was dancing for the whole bar, it was hilarious. He even did the worm. AND he also told us that his brother's girlfriend was going to have a baby. Big secret, up until that night. After Kate met us at BDubs, we closed the tab and were going to head to Ricks. Matt ended up buying ALL the drinks at BDubs, which was insane. He spent $85 there, I felt so guilty, but he wouldn't take my money.
On the way to Ricks, lots of funny things happened and many drunk pictures were taken (NASCAB!, I didn't drop her, I set her on the ground., Sara, turn around!, DEMAY ASSES, It's my birthday!). We had to wait in line for a while at Ricks, but it wasn't too bad. We tried to get everyone in b/c it was Kris's bday, but they said only her and one other person could go, so we just waited. When we got into Ricks, we found Karen and talked with her for a while. Ricks was amazing fun. We danced and sang and drank, there was even a band. It was the greatest, most incredible fun. We had a VERY drunk walk home around 130. Got back to Kris's, and didnt really sleep until 3ish.
True to our normal selves.. Kris and I woke up TOO early. By 730 we were up and about. I headed to Tom's to let Toby out and pick up some stuff for breakfast. We made pancakes, watched movies, and lounged until Matt, Mike, and Holly had to leave around 12.
Kris and I walked to the Mariott to get her paycheck, then had a picnic at the fountain on campus and I headed to work.
Friday was a bit different. Crystal came up for the weekend, and we headed to BDubs once again w/ Annie. Good times. We played with the matches and had lots to drink (again) and then headed to Rusty's party. After lounging there for a while, we decided to go to Dave's co-op to check out their party. We really wanted to play flip cup, but they had run out of beer, so we couldnt. Kris and I got into a fight (long story) so I left and met Amanda at a party. After that, we just went to her Apt to sleep.
We had work interviews on Saturday morning, which worked out fine. Then I headed to RFL and got to play broomball for a couple hours. I was exhausted last night. I was going to try to go out again, but fell asleep on the couch and didnt wake up until this morning.
Today was unproductive, until I headed to Chris's to work on TE. After we finished, I picked Amanda up and we went to the Student Appreciation thing at work. I got prizes :) We decided we are going camping this summer, with work people. It'd be good times, so let me know if you want in :)
Must go do this PHL paper and work on TE stuff... Happy Sunday night.
