The calm after the storm...
Today was gorgeous. This is my favorite type of warm weather. Just warm enough to be outside without a coat or anything... but not too crazy hot. I love sunny days :)
I am housesitting for Tom again this week. It won't be as boring as last time because I have a crazy busy week ahead of me. Lots of homework and things to do, and bar time on Thurs for Kris's birthday. Everyone is invited :) It's high school spring break, so no field teaching for me this week!!! That's so fabulous.
This weekend was interesting. Friday was busy... dinner w/ Kris, bar crawl for a while with the Civil's and Steve, then house party w/ Amanda & Jen... That was an adventure. After getting kicked out of the Milford house, we went to another house party and Bells. The girls took me back to my apt, because I definitely drank a lot. I even played flippy cup!
Saturday was just a lazy day until the game. Went to Breslin to watch the Spartans lose... It was sad, but they had a good run this year. After that, all hell broke loose in EL of course, mostly incited by the cops. A little tear gas, a lot of walking, and a few hours later, I was at home in bed. It was something that I will never forget, but not something I would choose to do again.
I suppose I should get my work done now. SME homework will be the death of me this week. Ah, graduation is only a month away.
