the sound of a bell-sustaining . .

this morning my friend taught me something i have been trying to learn for over 15 years.  .  .  listening to the silence i saw a fox, poised, then jumping in the air to capture a mouse.  .  awake and alive came on the radio, and it all changed.  .   .   all these skeins, brought together in a single moment.  .  then scattering away like a flock of starlings.  .   are we really that interconnected? is it all so meshed? we are part of a singularity, i think. .  we are all and not, as in the tao.  .  or the bible, or whatever incarnation of the IS you choose to partake in.  .  .  God is good  .   .   .   these lessons come hard.  .  but to deny the beauty and reality of singular moments of clarity is the leaf doubting the existence of the earth the tree is grown in, or the hand by which the seed was planted.  .  .

the wall does not matter.  .  .
