Woah
I just finished wrapping my Christmas presents. Last night I had my band concert and it was pretty fun. Running around in the empty halls was definitely a thriller. I ran into Ms. Sullivan and gave her a giant hug, I love seeing familiar faces. During the second half of the show, Mr. Duff asked me to pick the winning raffle ticket. This wasn't planned, so I was kind of out of it. "Huh, me?" The winner turned out to be one of my mom's friends.
I got my PSAT scores yesterday, and they weren't too bad. I was looking at them while going down the stairs in the building and tripped down them. It was kind of fun, but my ankle is paying, big time.
I was dead last night and went to bed without doing homework. My mom told me to stay home from school today and sleep, but I went. *Pounds head* I wasn't prepared for my chemistry or algebra tests and my grades are going to sink. Hmph. I'm sick of putting so much work in all the time. I want to have fun and be with my friends.
I won't be in school on Monday because of a funeral. I'm not looking forward to all the work I'll have to make up. But spending a day away will do me some good. ^_^
