Update Condensed
So yeah...it's been a while hasn't it? I've been so caught up in building my Ravelry account and the holidays and other stuff that I really haven't had LJ top of mind.
So let's recap the last few months. I don't have many new knitting photos uploaded, but I did manage to get some non knitting photos as well, so in lieu of meaningful content, this will be a photo laden post.
Three Paltry Photos from our San Diego Trip in September (there are more, but these are the ones uploaded in Photobucket):
October Knitting Projects Completed:
Clapotis, Wren and Monkey Socks
Oakland Knit and Crochet Show Acquisitions:
Yellow Corridale to be spun into singles for Mom's weaving.
A shimmery and soft hand-dyed merino/silk blend.
And the undyed buttery cashmere.
As for the non-fiber purchases, here's the beaded scarf kit and some progress pic (I'm at the half-way point though, to the progress pic is a bit outdated - like the parsley?)
And here is the 60/40 cashmere wool blend yarn.
Another three paltry photos from Halloween (3, it's the magic number, yes it is!):
And yes, that IS Jeff and I dressed as Mario and Princess Peach. I made the mushroom and the star and the dress and the earrings and the brooch and the buttons and the M on the hat.
As for November, there was knitting for the holidays, but photos have not been uploaded as of yet. There was a magnificent trip to Cabo San Lucas and I do have photos of that, but I'll have to share in another post as I am getting hungry and the cafeteria is calling my name.
