Yes, I do feel better. Why do you ask?
I don't think I mentioned this aside from "Maybe I'll make one!" So here's half of my Lizard Ridge Pillow, adapted from the
Lizard Ridge Afghan I was admiring earlier in the month:
I'll eventually make another panel to match this one (as much as two balls of
Noro Kureyon ever match eachother), sew them together, and stuff them either with cotton stuffing or an appropriately sized naked pillow if there is such a thing.
What you see here is my blocking process -- because of the bumpiness in the fabric due to the short rows that create the wavy colors, I soaked the piece through with cold water, wrung it out in a towel, and have pinned it to the ironing board to dry flat. When I finish the next panel, I'll take a picture of it pre-blocking for comparison.
I altered the original pattern for one panel a little. Instead of 4 repeats, I did 5. Because I had enough yarn and felt like it. So there.
