First off, thanks to everyone for their input on my previous post. I decided to go with Panda Cotton, since that's what Whimzy Pinzy's yarn is probably made from. =D (And FYI, I changed something around on my Photobucket and that's why the pics died in my previous post. Sorry, my bad. Edited: I fixed this.)

Here's a couple of recent FO's:

Washcloth rabbits based on this Lion Brand pattern. The one on the right is the crochet version. I used size 7 needles throughout and put a half a bar of Dial soap in their heads. They were gifted to my neighbors girls for Easter.

The next couple pictures are from a baby blanket for my girlfriend's baby due in June. She didn't find out what she's having, so I picked this Homespun colorway (that I forgot the name of - whoops) that made kind of rainbow stripes. The pattern is one I got from a label of Joann Sensations Rainbow Boucle - I made one once using that boucle yarn and I damn near went CRAZY. Since it was knit on my US11's anyway, I just subbed the Homespun and it worked like a charm.

This picture is really red for some reason.

Stitch definition.

And the artsy-fartsy one to show the proper color. LOL

And a tiny question:

Has anyone knitted Absinthe from Knitty? I love the way the socks look but I'm a little afraid that they're a little hard. I've done cables and I am going to be knitting 2 pairs of toe-up socks before I can even order the yarn to make them. Would Panda Cotton be a good substitute? Any input is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
