Sauce:
Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
Toppings:
Whatever you want
8 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Crust:
2 cups warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 cup oil (and a little excess oil)
Approximately 2 cups of flour
Materials:
One large bowl
Four 14” pizza pans
Directions:
1) Combine all crust ingredients (except the flour and the excess oil) and stir.

4) Grease pizza pans with “Crisco” (NOT OIL). Spread ¼ of the dough over each pan.
5) Spoon Ragu Italian cooking Sauce over dough.
6) Add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella to each pizza. Add whichever toppings you like on your pizza.
7) Bake on top rack at 450 degrees until pizza is lightly golden (approximately 12 minutes), then put on bottom rack for five minutes.
