The time has just flown since Yule and now it's Valentinemus already! I'm not sure how most Knittedhobbits celebrate Valmus, but knittedfrodo, who incidentally still seems to be here, obviously has something in mind.
What a lovely surprise for KnittedPippin! I'm glad you thought to help him with finding the present inside, otherwise it might have been a long time before he received his very own Duck. And the poor Duck might have run a bit low on air by then.
And thank you so much for your Valentinemus Card. It actually arrived so early, that it is pretty much one of the family now, which is why I forgot to mention it earlier.
What a wonderful Valentinemus for both of you! (And yes, I agree that perhaps Knitted Frodo should be left to himself in that big bed for awhile. Perhaps the excitement of the holiday was a bit much for him.)
I don't see knittedfrodo getting left to himself too much at all. That's the problem! I'm not too sure where all those people came from or exactly what they want, but it is worrying!
Awww, what a wonderful story! I'm glad you both had a very happy Valentine's Day :D
*hugs you both*
ps. Will you be in attendance at the great big hobbit moot in Scotland next year. I'm sure the event would benefit greatly from the presence of your magnificent self.
I am still in negotiations with marigoldg at the moment, we are discussing my fee. I want £2,458,763.76p and she is currently offering 48p and a slice of seedcake.
I'm hoping we meet somewhere in the middle. I mean, I'm not unreasonable and am perfectly willing to settle for a large slice of pork pie.
Oh, you are both so lucky to have such great friends and to get such wonderful prezzies and boxes for St. V's day. I love the hearty duck! KP looks happy with it.
I think is was so nice of you, KM, to spend the day with your young cousin when you doubtless had important world matters to attend to, like keeping things in order and drafting laws, etc. But that's what makes you Magnificant, isn't it?
And I am so grateful that you share your antics with us as they do cheer my heart considerably. It is nice to know that you both (and your human friends) are well and happy!
Oh, and give my best regards to Cousin Frodo. Looks like he is having a great time and will not be leaving anytime soon. :)
I too enjoy getting boxes, they make wonderful pets and don't eat too much.
I do have many world affairs that crave my attention every day, but I mostly work from home these days as you can see in the above picture. I'm not getting any younger and have to look after my health. Although now I have an extra heart I may start to kick my heels a bit more. I wonder if someone would like to knit me a new digestive system?
Yours truly, K. M. The Mag
PS Knitted Frodo Cousin (or as we call him for short, KFC) is far too involved and busy to accept any regards at the moment no matter how good the quality, but I'll put them to one side for when he's got a moment.
