The buns were very good, & the shawl is a drop stitch pattern, but I knit a rectangle and dropped the sts lengthwise. I've never really liked the on the bias look of clapotis, but I like the concept so this was a simple and easy way to do it. It's so soft, silk cashmere blend.

Gah, I have been meaning to make those sally type buns with you and my Sister, but there just doesn't seem to be any time! It's really a good thing that you just made them on your own. :)
I want to see your shawl! Are you coming to knit night on Tuesday? You should. I've managed to convince a boy to come. Yes. A male knitter! I met him on Ravelry and he says he wants to drop by this Tuesday! (A different female Ravelry member said she wants to drop by too!)
See you Tuesday! (Hopefully!)

Also I found out that this fall I have a bio lab every tuesday night. It sucks. So basically, unless we can convince some of the girls to come on tuesday nights or another night of the week it looks like I won't be able to come... :-(

The shawl was made from that Noro Cash Iroha yarn that my awesome Secret Pal gave me!
It is a silk cashmere blend, sooo luxurious!
