Well I managed to finally crawl out from under my text books to make some chinese bao!
mmm... I dub them Nessa Buns (after those delicious buns you can get here .) I filled some with veggie yumminess... beans, cheese, green onions, chives, jalapenos, and some had egg, chives, green onions, and cheese. I even made the guys some with smoked sausage, cheese, green peas, chives, and green onions in them.

They came out absolutely fabulously!

The only problem is that I want to eat them alllll!

I have not been neglecting my studies though, while my mum (bless her) was quizzing me with flash cards last night and this afternoon I made this...

It is a simple shawl made from that gorgeous Noro Cash Iroha my secret pal gave me!
This yarn is fabulous to work with, very soft! Jeffy's steam cleaner doubles as a clothes steamer so I didn't have to wet it to block!!! It took like 2 minutes to get it from off the needles to blocked and ready to wear!

I also picked some yummy blackberries the other day & had this...

Blackberries on vanilla frozen yogurt, drool... posting here makes me yearn for more... alas... the frozen yogurt is all gone now.

Oh & last but not least! My pride & joy, my first cucumber picked from my garden! It was sooo yummy! You can't get much more fresh than picking it off the vine and eating it right after!

Hopw you're all having a fun weekend! I'll see you all after next thursday when exams are over! We'll have beer.
