book read:
dear american airlines, benjamin miles: a book that is funny when it nees to be funny, and touching when it needs to be touching. but even though it never strikes a wrong note, a book that is written as a complaint to american airlines should be unmannered enough to occasionally hit the wrong, drunken note. it is a strange thing to complain that a book doesn't occasionally fail, but it doesn't feel quite as natural as it should. read with bright lights big city.
