My neighborhood has lots of characters in it. Capital c Characters. I was waiting for the bus this morning, and a man with a grocery cart filled with soda bottles crossed the street from the Gujar Mart. He was wearing a zip-up black hoodie sweatshirt, which was mostly unzipped to show his bare chest & about 7 necklaces of the huge-teeth-and-beads
